Happy Halloween!

The boys wanted to be Star Wars' characters this year, and it worked out for all four of them. I made Jersey's dress from a pillowcase, her buns from fake hair, Jace's ears from felt and borrowed Carson and Jace's costumes. The only one we bought was Chas'! I hope every Halloween is that cheap. (I'm not holding my breath)

Fall Break

We went to Disneyland! This is a big deal for our family because we don't get to go very often,

we had a lot of fun!

We took Jace for a few hours and them came back with just Carson and Chas. (That's when the real fun started. Sorry Jace but your 2, I don't think I need to say anymore)

Jersey is 9 months old

The saying "time flies when your having fun" is SO true. We have had so much fun with Miss Jersey and I can't believe she is already 9 mos. old!

The doctors said she does need to gain more weight ( I wish a doctor would say that to me) so Jersey gets butter on things, brownies, full fat yogurt, avocado and of course she loves it all.

Jersey loves to feed herself, there was even a time when she wouldn't even her mouth for me! Then I'd give her spoon and she would be just fine. So eatting time does get messy, but that's what happens with an independent baby.

I wonder where she gets that from? :)

I LOVE dressing her for church, it's like I have my own little doll!

EVERYWHERE I go Jersey is the center of attention. Her brothers love her so much and love making her laugh. Jersey is such a blessing to our family.

Our Visit to Urgent Care

So, it's Monday night around 5:15pm. Carson and Chas have football practice and Ryan has to go to the BMX track and is about to leave. Jace is running around the house (which is normal) and then crashes into a table (which is normal for him too). So I go check to see if this time is any different from the other 100 times he has crashed into things in the house, and it was!!! Blood was falling onto the floor! (Thank goodness it was only tile) So Ryan grabbed Jace and cleaned him up and I threw the kids in the car. I called a friend to see if she could take Carson to practice and thankfully she said yes and so we dropped him off at her house. Then I just showed up at another friend's house and asked her to take Chas to his practice! Great friends, thank you ladies! After all of that we pulled up to urgent care. No stitches, just dermabond. :)

The next day he was finishing a bag of shredded cheese.

I am so glad Ryan was there to help. I can't imagine what it would of been like with me and 4 kids!

Carson Turns 7

Carson Turned 7 this month and we had a little pool party for him, complete with ice cream cake, cannon ball contest, and the popscicles you get from the ice cream truck. I still can't believe he's 7!

So Glad School Started

This is what Summer was coming to in our house, so I'm thrilled school has started.

Jersey~6 Months Old

I'm still playing catch up on my posts, so bear with me.

Jersey is 6 months old now and still gorgeous and so much fun. She is a great baby, a great sleeper and a great little sister. She gives her brothers all the smiles they want. Some of you have noticed that she has boobs already. (LOL) We talk about them a lot at our house and we can't figure out where she got them from! I don't have any and last time I checked neither does Ryan. We may get her a training bra for her first birthday. I wonder if I could find one in her size in an animal print?

Once a month Lowe's has a little woodshop class for kids, and it's FREE. This particular Saturday they made monster trucks, how appropriate!

Jace Turns 2

This is a late post, but our little Jace turned 2 June 11th. He is a very fun kid to be around. A friend of ours said that if we put Jace in a cage at the zoo people would watch him for hours. He is really entertaining! Jace will dance to ANY music, he smiles and gives a one shoulder shrug to anyone that will look at him. He has really added a lot to his vocabulary lately and uses some sign language if he can't get his point across. He seriously has the cutest butt ever, I'll post a pic of that soon. So far he is our best eater (takes after his mom, I just like to eat) and can scarf down ice cream like a true Howard. Jace looks up to Carson and Chas so much, sometimes that's good and other times not so much. Right now he sometimes calls me daddy and Ryan mommy and thinks Carson and Chas' names are Carsonchas. We have a lot of fun with this kid!

My mom always sends them gifts in the mail and of course they think it's the best thing ever!
